'' FOUNTAIN PENS '' by John Woolley / 4th grade

I really started getting interested in fountain pens. But I can't really figure out where to start. Which pen should I try first? Please excuse the Mont-Blanc and the Namiki Falcon as it is way out of my price range. I guess my real question is, where can I get a really good fountain drawing pen for cheap? Any suggestion's on fountain pens would be nice. John
